UNIFORM CODE - GRADES K-5 
It is the parents responsibility to know the uniform policy and note calendar dates for formal uniform. Parents will be called if students come to school out of uniform.

Uniforms can be purchased at Saint Paul's Place located in Juan Diego High School.

BOYS-REGULAR DRESS
Shirts: Solid light blue Oxford (button down collar - light blue only) Pants: Long pants in navy blue twill, flat-front style (no skinny leg cut; no jegging type pant)
Shorts: (1st and 4th Quarter only) Walking shorts in navy blue twill, flat-front style Belt: Solid brown or black belt required 
Socks: required, must be visible and matching in a solid color only
Shoes: Shoes should be appropriate for school (i.e. closed-toe, practical for indoor learning and outdoor recess, i.e. students should be able to run in these shoes)

Optional: solid navy blue or red cardigan sweater or sweater vest Optional: St. Francis Xavier sweatshirt

Girls Uniforms

 

GIRLS - REGULAR DRESS

Shirts: Solid Oxford (button down collar) white only
Pants: Long pants in navy blue twill, flat-front style (no skinny leg cut; no jegging type pant)
Shorts: (1st and 4th Quarter only) Walking shorts in navy blue twill, flat-front style AND must fall just above the knee.
Skirts: Fairmont Plaid jumper, skirt or skort may be worn in place of pants/shorts AND must fall just above the knee.
Belt: Solid brown or black belt required 
Socks: Socks or footed tights are required, must be visible and matching in a solid color only
Leggings: Leggings may be worn under skirts for warmth but must be solid black, matte, no pattern, with socks covering the bottom of the legging (no visible skin between sock and legging)
Shoes: Shoes should be appropriate for school (i.e. closed-toe, under 1 inch heel, practical for indoor learning and outdoor recess, i.e. students should be able to run in these shoes)

Spirit Dress

 

SPIRIT DAY DRESS CODE (First Friday)
Students may choose to wear regular uniform or Spirit Dress Attire. 
Spirit Dress shirts must be: A solid red or gold shirt (not featuring any logo/graphic) OR a Saint Francis, Judge, St. Joseph or Juan Diego shirt School appropriate fit
Spirit Dress bottoms must be: School appropriate length and fit; 
No words on bottoms.
Overalls, leggings, jeggings and pajama pants are prohibited

UNIFORM - MIDDLE SCHOOL (GRADES 6-8) Additional Uniform requirements:

MS BOYS- Regular Dress

ADDITIONAL MIDDLE SCHOOL UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS: 
PE shorts and shirts must be purchased through the school PE classes - athletic shoes and PE uniform required
Gym bag (draw-string bags are fine) to carry PE uniform required
House T-shirt must be purchased for House Activity days. House shirts cannot be used for Spirit Dress.

Optional: Middle-School-specific sweatshirt may be purchased through the Middle School and worn for regular dress. (K-5 sweatshirt is not permitted.)

UNIFORM CODE - SPECIAL NOTES

  1. Skirts/skorts/jumpers and walking shorts must fall just above the knee. Walking shorts are permitted for 1st and 4th quarters only. 

  2. Oxford shirts can be either short or long sleeve.

  3. Each student will need formal dress attire.

  4. Each middle school student will need to purchase P.E. attire (see above) for P.E. days, and a House shirt worn only on specified House Activity Days. (House and P.E. shirts are not considered Spirit Dress Attire – see below)

  5. Families are not required to purchase items from St. Paul’s Place (except for plaid skirts/skorts or jumpers.)

  6. Formal Dress will be required for all Mass days.

  7. The following items will be made available at the school.            Saint Francis T-Shirts            Saint Francis Sweatshirts

  8. Clothing should fit well. Oversized, baggy or elastic work out type clothing is not allowed. 

  9. Shirts must be completely tucked into pants and buttoned up. Top button may be undone when not wearing a tie.

  10. Undershirts, t-shirts, etc. worn under the uniform shirt must be solid white

  11. All clothing must be worn as intended by manufacturer to ensure appropriate, professional uniform that does not distract from or hinder the learning or movement of students.

  12. Students face consequences if uniform does not follow the guidelines above
