Every family that desires a Catholic education for their child should be able to afford one. Financial challenges should never get in the way of allowing your child to attend a Catholic School. There are several scholarships and tuition assistance applications that can assist you. Every child deserves an outstanding education.

*If families are unable to pay either the Cost Rate or the Qualified Catholic Rate, then we require parents to apply through FACTS Grant & Aid, where we will take into account your income, core expenses, family size and number of children in Catholic school to determine a needs-based tuition rate (current year tax information required when applying). Parents are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to ensure we have sufficient time to review documentation and make decisions on your tuition rate based on the limited funds available. Parents can apply at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid.

We make every effort to ensure that families are provided with the assistance they need to have their children attend St. Francis Xavier. Families applying for Tier 3 must complete a FACTS Grant & Aid ($40 fee) with tax documents uploaded online by April 15. Financial aid assessments are completed by FACTS. Go to www.factsmgt.com/aid.
All families must have an active FACTS Payment Plan to be enrolled at St. Francis Xavier. The 11 Monthly tuition payments begin July and end in May.
