The Extended Day Program (EDP) is open to all families of St Francis Xavier Catholic School for their student in grades K-8.  Whether you need daily care or occasional, we are here to help, and provide a loving, supportive and safe environment.

Children attending EDP will be provided with a light healthy snack each day.  Students in Second grade and above are given time to work on their homework. Cell phone usage is not allowed in EDP.  

Hours of Operation:
EDP operates on all regularly scheduled school days including early dismissal days, unless when noted on the school calendar.

• Monday - Friday:  7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

• Closed all holidays.

• Open during Christmas and Spring breaks.

Any child NOT picked up from school at 3:15 p.m. (M-Th) or 1:45 p.m. (Fri) will be sent to EDP and charged accordingly. 

 

Drop Off:

• Park outside the cones (do not park inside the cones to drop off or pick up)

• Walk your student to the door. 

• Ring the doorbell, and we will greet you at the door. 

For the safety of your child do not just drop your student and leave, or stay in your car and wait. It is a short walk and keeps everyone around safe.

Pick-Up:
Students are to be picked up through the south side of parking lot entrance doors by 6:00 p.m.  Staff members are employed only until 6:00 p.m.  Please respect the closure time. Late Fee will apply after 6:00 p.m.

• Park, ring the bell, and staff will bring your student to you.

 

We are open to all students before and after school. If you have a preschool or pre k student who will need to stay at extended day please contact Ms. Leming. Snacks will be provided at 10:00 am for Pre K students staying before school. Another snack will be provided at 4:00 pm for all other students staying after school.
