PIP Opportunities
We are in need of volunteers to help with lunch recess. Recess begins at 11:30 – 1:00 Monday – Thursday. If you would like to help, please call the office at: 801 966-1571 to sign up. This is a good way to start earning your PIP Hours. Every family needs 20 PIP hours for each year.
Please view the following documents for other PIP opportunites, as well as many items on our wish list that are needed throughout the school year.

Catholic Schools Week begins Sunday, January 29th through February 3rd. We will hold an open house on Jan. 29th from 10:30 – 1:00 pm. If you know of anyone interested in attending Saint Francis Xavier for the 2012-2013 school year, please let them know about our open house.

Scholastic Book Fair
The whole school is excited about our upcoming Book Fair. An amazing selection of books is headed our way!
At the Book Fair you will find the latest and greatest titles for kids, as well as books of interest to parents.
Help your children get on the READERS WALL OF FAME! with a new and exciting book! You can also contribute books to your child's classroom library, and earn PIP hours doing it (1 hour for every $10 spent).
The Book Fair is a great way to get everyone excited about reading, and supports our library! See you there!

Smith's Earn & Learn Program
Saint Francis Xavier Catholic School will earn money each time you use your rewards card at Smith's. To enroll, present the letter you received on 08/22/11 and your rewards card to the cashier during your next visit to Smith's. Smith's will be giving away $1,000,000 to schools this year! Hot Lunch by Vie Gourmet
We are very excited about the new hot lunch program sponsored by Vie Gourmet. If you have any questions about signing up for the program please read through the following information:
• Web address: www.viegourmet.com
• Click on "Log in" at the top of the page
• Click on the "Register" button at the top right of the page
• Enter in the required information (school code FRA100)
• Click "Submit" button
• Click "Your students" then "New Students"
• Enter your child's first and last name, grade and school code (FRA100)
• Click "Create"
• If you need to add more children click "New Student"
• If you are ready to order meals click "Order Meals"
• When you have finished ordering click "Checkout" on the left side of
the page
• Follow the directions to place your order
• Orders will not be accepted until payment has been made
Lunch Price $3.00 and $3.75
It is to your advantage to order a month at at a time. Orders will be accepted up until 6 a.m. the morning of.
