"GIVING WITH EASE" TO SAINT FRANCIS XAVIER REGIONAL SCHOOL
Unfortunately, tuition alone does not cover the costs of educating our students at Saint Francis Xavier. The cost of living is continually rising and people have less money available to contribute so now is the time for us to do the “easy” things we can to support our school.
The following is a list of ways you can easily contribute to the financial support of Saint Francis Xavier Regional School. Please take time to read through the following pages to learn how to take advantage of these opportunities. Remember to tell grandparents, aunts, uncles and neighbors of the ways they can contribute.

ALBERTSON'S
Albertson's Preferred Savings card is an easy way for you to contribute financially to Saint Francis Xavier Regional School. Albertson's donates a percentage of your purchases to Saint Francis Xavier.
If you currently have a preferred saving card or need to enroll you can call their toll free number: 1-800-696-6419 or visit their website: www.albertsons.com/abs_inthecommunity/. Either place you can register your preferred savings number to contribute to Saint Francis Xavier School. Or you can sign up with the Advancement Office at the school.
SMITH'S FOOD & DRUG STORES
The Smith's Earn & Learn Donation program is a way to generate fundraising dollars for Saint Francis Xavier, simply use your Fresh Values Card every time you shop at Smith's. Smith's will automatically donate a percentage of total purchases back to the school.
If you currently have a Fresh Values Card you will need to take the letter to a Smith's grocery store and have it scanned so that your purchases will be counted towards Saint Francis Xavier. This letter will be sent home in the brown envelope in August, or you can pick one up from school or call 1-800-764-8897. This new program will require that parents re-register each year with a bar coded letter. Using the current letter will allow you to be registered until 2009.
CARTRIDGES FOR KIDS
Cartridges for Kids is an easy way to earn money for Saint Francis Xavier. All you need to do is bring in your empty ink jet, laser cartridges, video games, digital camera, GPS unit or old cell phone to the school and we receive cash for them. We can earn up to $5.00 for laser cartridges and $2.00 for each inkjet cartridge. Bring your empty cartridges, video games, digital cameras and old cell phones to the office and we will take care of the rest.
TARGET GUEST CARD
You can support Saint Francis Xavier Regional School by shopping with your Target Guest Card. Target will donate an amount equal to 1% of your qualifying Target Guest Card purchases to Saint Francis Xavier. Donations are given in March and October, with funds accumulating all year long. If you already have a Target Guest Card, you can designate Saint Francis Xavier Regional School by calling 1-800-316-6142.
BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION
Box Tops for Education is another easy way to earn money for Saint Francis Xavier Regional School. Look for the "Box Tops For Education" logos on General Mills, Ziploc, Hefty, Kleenex, Scott, Cottonelle, Betty Crocker and a variety of other snack products. Cut out the logo and turn it into the school office. Each Box Tops logo is worth 10 cents. For a complete list of products please see Angie Moon in the Advancement Office.
CAMPBELL'S LABELS FOR EDUCATION
Campbell's offers a program to schools to obtain free equipment. Simply peel the label from the product and turn it in into the school office. The following are eligible products:

Cream O'Weber "GIVE 'EM FIVE" PROGRAM
The "give 'em five" program is sponsored by Cream O'Weber and is an easy way to earn money for the school. If you buy Cream O'Weber drinks just save the cap off of the bottle, bring it into the office and we take care of the rest. Each cap is worth a nickel.
UNITED WAY
Even though Saint Francis Xavier is not a United Way charity, you can still contribute to the school through the United Way. An easy time to do this is during their annual fund drive. Just designate Saint Francis Xavier on your form and the school will receive your donation.
WaMoola FROM WASHINGTON MUTUAL
If you have a Washington Mutual Checking account and an active Washington Mutual Visa Check Card. It's simple: Choose Saint Francis Xavier School, use your Washington Mutual Visa Check or Visa card as you normally would and watch the points add up for Saint Francis Xavier. If you want to enroll call 1.800.788.7000.
SEARCH AND GIVE
New this year is the Search and Give program. This is a way we can all contribute money to Saint Francis Xavier School. All that is required is to search the internet. This costs you or the school nothing. All you have to do is visit www.searchandgive.com and sign up, select Saint Francis Xavier as your charity, and then search the Internet for anything. It is that easy. So, instead of using google, or yahoo, just do all your web search using Search and Give.
SCHOOLPOP.COM
If you are an online shopper this site is for you. All you have to do is go to www.schoolpop.com, click join, find Saint Francis Xavier School, and then start shopping. This site has hundreds of merchants to choose from. You just select the store of your choice and schoolpop automatically takes you to the merchant's site. With each purchase a percentage of your purchase will be given to our school. The percentages vary form merchant to merchant. This is an easy way to donate money to Saint Francis Xavier by purchasing items you were already purchasing.
MATCHING GIFTS PROGRAM
Some companies match employee donations to non-profit organizations. The Advancement Office has a flyer that lists companies that match gifts; if you do not see your company listed check with your company's human resource representative to see if they offer a matching gift program for their employees.
