4th Grade Program
Thursday October 22nd at 2:30 in the school gym you can see the fourth grade class perform. Everyone is invited to attend.
Family Reading Night
Come join us for dinner and a night of reading. Watch for more information in the rainbow reminder.
2nd Grade Program
Thursday November 19th the second grade will perform for the entire school in the school gym beginning at 2:30 pm. Everyone is invited to attend.
Bagels and Books
Tuesday December 1st at 7:30 am grab a book and come read with your student(s) before school. Bagels, cream cheese and juice are provided.
Christmas Program
Thursday December 17th the entire school will perform a Christmas Program. All students will perform on one night. Please plan to attend and enjoy the performance. This is a great way to get into the holiday spirit.
Performing Arts Performance
Friday January 15th the performing arts group will perform for the entire school. These students have created the entire performance themselves. Everyone is invited to enjoy the performance that begins at 9 am in the school gym. .
5th Grade Program
Thursday January 28th the entire 5th grade class will perform for the entire school. Everyone is invited to attend the performance that begins at 2:30 pm in the school gym.
Open House
Sunday January 31st the school will host an open house for everyone interested in learning more about Saint Francis Xavier School. This is a great opportunity to get registered for the upcoming year, tour the school, ask teacher questions or just find our more about what the school has to offer. Call the school office for more details.
Catholic Schools Week
January 31st – Open house at Saint Francis Xavier from 10am – 1pmFebruary 1st thru February 5th – Book fair in gathering space.
Thursday February 4th – Science Fair in the school gym
Friday February 5this parent/grandparent day. We invite parents/grandparents to attend an all school mass with their students.
Friday February 5th – the 8th grade class will hold a bake sale to raise money for their gift back to the school.
Science Fair
Thursday February 4th is the Science Fair in the school gym. All middle school students will participate. Parents, family and friends are invited to see the projects in the afternoon.
Bagels and Books
Tuesday February 23rd is bagels and books. Grab a book; bring your student(s) to read. Bagels, cream cheese and juice are provided. This is a fun way to begin your day.

Diocesan Science Fair
Friday February 27th is the Science Fair for the entire Diocese.
Read Across America Day
Friday March 5th is the Read Across America Day at St. Francis Xavier School. It is a day set aside for reading. Parents, community members, family and friends come to read to the students.
Saint Patrick's Day Parade
Saturday March 13th is the Saint Patrick's Day parade. Everyone is invited to participate and show your support of Saint Francis Xavier School.
Family Math Night
Wednesday March 24th is family math night at Saint Francis Xavier School. This is fun night where parents, and their student(s) come play math games, and learn how fun math can be.
3rd Grade Program
Wednesday March 25th is the 3rd grade class performance. The entire third grade will perform in the school gym beginning at 2:30 pm. Everyone is invited to attend.
Annual Event
Saturday April 17th is the Saint Francis Xavier Annual Event. Social hour begins at 5 pm. Please MARK your calendar to attend this fun event that helps support Saint Francis Xavier School. Silent auction items, dinner, raffle items and a live auction following dinner.
Kindergarten Program
Thursday April 22nd is the Kindergarten program. The entire class performs for the whole school. The performance begins at 2:30 pm in the school gym. Everyone is invited to attend.
First Holy Communion
Saturday April 24th is the day that the second grade class takes their first holy communion.
Preschool/Pre-K Program
Tuesday May 4th at 10 am the preschool and Pre-K classes will perform for the school. Everyone is invited to attend the performance that is in the school gym.
Performing Arts Performance
Friday May 14th is the performing arts performance for the entire school. The students were responsible for creating the whole performance. The performance begins at 9am in the school gym and everyone is invited to attend.
Field Day
Friday May 14th is field day for all students. Volunteers are needed, please contact the office if you are available.
Farewell Mass
Thursday May 21st is the farewell mass for the 8th grade students. Formal uniform is required. After mass the 8th graders and their parents have a graduation breakfast. Everyone is invited to attend mass which begins at 8:30 am.
8th Grade Graduation
Friday May 21st the 8th grade students have graduation tonight at 7:00 pm in the Church. Following graduation there is a reception in the gym.
Last Day of School
Wednesday May 26th is the last day of school.
