ENROLLMENT PROCESS & TUITION Parents/guardians wishing to enroll their child, or children in St. Francis Xavier School must first
Birth Certificate Baptismal Certificate (if applicable) First Penance Certificate (if applicable) First Holy Communion Certificate (if applicable) Most recent Report Card SAT, SAGE or Iowa Test Scores Immunizations Records
4. Parent/guardian and student must meet with the Enrollment Team and Principal prior to full admission
