Admissions Policy:
St. Francis Xavier School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, any athletic and other school administered programs.
Admission to St. Francis Xavier School is made in the following priority basis:
1. Siblings of presently enrolled students
2. Children of St. Francis Xavier parishioners
3. Children of parishioners from regional parishes
4. Children who are members of a Catholic parish
5. Children of non-Catholic Families
Enrollment Process:
Parents/guardians wishing to enroll their child(ren) in St. Francis Xavier School must first:
1. Take a tour of the school - Sign Up Here
2. Complete an Enrollment Application - Enrollment Application
3. Obtain a copy of the following documents:
Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
First Penance Certificate (if applicable)
First Holy Communion Certificate (if applicable)
Most recent Report Card
SAT or Iowa Test Scores
Immunizations Records
4. Parent/guardian and student must meet with the principal prior to full admission
